the charming Lincroft Inn, a fine
dining institution on Newman Springs
Road. The food is stellar, from
the fois gras appetizers to the
duck and fish entrees to the nice
dessert selection. The great wine
list and well-stocked bar also are
very noteworthy. A meal here is
not one easily forgotten."

always come out well prepared for a moderate price.
This place also has a bar along with a large room
for entertaining parties. Definately worth checking
out. Prepare to be seated very quickly." |

was raised in Lincroft in 1960, then moved to
Red Bank, but never ate at the inn. Then last
year, in 2007, my wife and 24 year old daughter
had lunch there after attending a wedding at the
shore. We had the turkey, roast beef and chicken
for our meals. They were just like home-made.
The views are great and the place is a colonial
respite. We highly recommend it to anyone. Good
prices and a wonderful selection. I only regret
it took nearly 50 years to rediscover this gem." |
